Skipped the inspection on my first supercar and almost paid for it
Confession time. I bought a Gallardo a couple of years back without getting it checked properly because I was too excited and the seller was convincing. Fast forward to now, I'm helping my cousin look at a Huracan in Al Safa and I'm basically forcing him to do it right this time. We found a company that does a
professional Lamborghini condition report in Al Safa and honestly reading through what they check made me realise how lucky I was with my own car. Clutch wear, carbon ceramic brake life, suspension bushes, previous repair work that doesn't show on a basic history check, all stuff I never even thought about when I was buying. My cousin is a bit impatient and thinks I'm being over the top but I keep telling him that a proper report is the cheapest part of owning one of these cars. Anyone else been the cautious friend in this situation? How did you convince someone to slow down and do it properly?
